Pathways to Home
was founded in 1989 as Services to Area Youth with the original mission focused on issues facing teen parents who had dropped out of school. Since then our name has changed and the home visitation services we offer to families include: prenatal and child development education, referrals to community resources and empowerment leading to self-sufficiency. Pathways to home has been a lead agency provider of Every Child Succeeds for the last two decades plus.
Pathways to Home is committed to responsiveness, by continuing to provide programming that addresses the needs of the community, including our Give & Take Pantry, Mobile Outreach Operation and Summer Programs for Youth. We offer a network of services that changes lives, help people overcome their challenges and strengthen our community through connection.
Pathways to Home is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. Contributions are deductible to the extent allowed by the IRS. Every dollar donated will be spent on continuing our current programs, as well as, expansion into other endeavors that will benefit the community at large.
