We provide free home visitation services to low income families through Every Child Succeeds. Home visitation is provided from birth to three years of age and the goals of the program include: healthy parent-child interaction, appropriate child growth and development and family support and self-sufficiency. Pathways to Home serves 250 families and completes 4,300 home visits annually.

The Every Child Succeeds Program strengthens family wellbeing, supports healthy environments, and optimizes infant and toddler development.  It is facilitated through Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and is an outcome-measured, research driven program.
